How can I place an order on your website?

You can easily place an order by browsing our products, selecting the desired quantity, and clicking “Add to Cart.” Once you’re done shopping, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete your payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email or SMS.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment options including debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets like Google Pay and PhonePe. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available on select orders.

How long does delivery take?

We usually dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

What is your return or refund policy?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our support team with your order details and photos, and we’ll assist you promptly. Note: Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship our products all across India. We deliver to over 600+ cities and towns, and have successfully served more than 7 Lakh happy customers pan-India.
